主讲人：P. Brian Fisher 教授

       Professor Kendra B. Stewart 教授

主讲人简介：  

  Dr. P. Brian Fisher is the Director of the Office of Sustainability and Assistant Professor of Political Science 

at the College of Charleston, USA. He examines fundamental issues at the intersection of justice, ecological change, 

and vulnerability in a policy context. He is particularly interested in local empowerment and sustainability in the 

face of global environmental change, especially in vulnerable communities. 

  Dr. Kendra B. Stewart is a Professor and Director of the Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Center for Livable Communities 

at the College of Charleston, USA.  Her research interests include South Carolina government, nonprofit management, 

homeland security, state and local government, and women and politics. She has conducted program evaluations and
